S256 does not collect, store, or process any personal data. Transactions in the Web Wallet and Android Wallet are signed locally on your device; your seed phrases and private keys are never transmitted to any server. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics services, or any third-party data processors. Server logs may temporarily record IP addresses strictly for infrastructure security and DDoS prevention purposes; these logs are not shared with third parties. Both wallets are designed as fully noncustodial solutions where users maintain complete control and ownership of their funds at all times.

Regulatory Notice: S256 (SHA256Coin) is an open-source, decentralized Proof-of-Work cryptocurrency. This project does not constitute a crypto-asset service as defined under EU Regulation 2023/1114 (MiCA). No financial services, custody, exchange, or investment advisory services are offered. Users are solely responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.
